The Answering
Service of the Integrated Medical Call Center offers customized
service by representatives trained and familiar with the health
system and the medical environment. Fully automated, the Center's
Answering Service offers periodic reporting at the interval specified
by the client, message tracking and forwarding using the method
specified by the client, and experienced staff conversant with physician
and health care needs.
The IMCC Answering Service
costs are competitive, with a flat fee pricing strategy. There are
no extra costs for faxing, call outs, or other services. The flat
fee pricing strategy allows for monthly budgeting of costs. Problem
resolution is handled through an escalation procedure which makes
the management staff reachable 24/7. The Service's goal is to provide
reliable, efficient, and superior service to the medical community
at an easily managed rate.
