is a series of technologies which improve communications and data
flow among care providers. MedTrak
is committed to providing referring physicians and others a means
of improving information flow about their patients.
MedTrak
allows
physicians and clinicians to share contact information and communicate
with other physicians through a secure network. It acts as an extension
of the electronic medical record and provides conditional messaging
and anticipatory alerts. It utilizes Asynchronous Clinical
Pathways. MedTrak
